Right of withdrawal<\/h2>

If you are a consumer according to section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any grounds. The withdrawal period is 14 days. It begins upon the contract having been concluded.<\/p>

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a mailed letter, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached template withdrawal form to do this, which, however, is not mandatory.<\/p>

To comply with the time limit, it is sufficient for you to send the explicit declaration of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.<\/p>

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest after 14 days, from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not on a physical data carrier if the entrepreneur has started to execute the contract after the consumer has:<\/p>

  1. expressly agreed that the entrepreneur starts executing the contract before the withdrawal periodexpires and<\/li>
  2. confirmed that he is aware that he loses the right of withdrawal by agreeing to the start of execution of the contract.<\/li><\/ol>
